I've read the other threads and I"m still having a basic issue with getting the pulley off the pump.

I bought the car yesterday and the pulley is wobbling on the shaft. How the **** do you get the pulley off there with the shaft rotating with the nut?

I just put a large extension from my ratchet through one of the openings and spun it untill it wedged against something and broke the nut loose.

thanks for the idea, but on this one the shaft spun too....everything moves. I ended getting the dang thing out with the pulley still on it. What a PITA I think I spent 8 hours just getting that bastard out of the car.

Sorry about another power steering thread.
