I replaced the pump and the rack and the pressure hose. After filling the reservoir and turning it lock to lock 10 times I still have a pulsing when going through turns or turning left or right.I've replaced the pressure switch and lost a lot of fluid, after refilling it and driving it was better but not much.Today I put the front wheels on top of 2 layers of lexan with soapy water between them and once again turned them lock to lock about 20 times without the car running, still didn't work.Any idea's or did I get a bad rack?

Thanks, but this is happening under power. When making left or right turns and while going around wide turns.....like entering or exiting the freeway.Just sitting at idle is fine.

It's all new, every bolt every bushing,I've been reading up on it and from what I've read the rack has a bad inner seal.I'll live with it until I get ready to put the rebuilt engine in this summer. It's still under warranty. All the hoses are new and the cooler was cleaned out,so there was nothing old going thru the new p/s system.
