About a year ago, I was trying to make a u-turn and suddenly, as I started to turn the wheel, the power steering goes out for a second. But then it came right back, so I didnt think much of it. Ive had the steering rack replaced since then and Ive also had the power steering pump tested and it tested out ok. Well, today my power steering TOTALLY Gave out on me and is not coming back. The fluid is totally black but its kinda always been that way even soon after flushing it which Ive done a couple times before. Do you think its the rack or the pump thats busted?? Either way I know it will be a pretty penny
