hey all,

Im liking powderocoating more and more. Here's some Valve covers I did, the blue is Ford blue, but the chrome stuff is actually a powder coat called 'super chrome' which looks pretty neat.

No, It's an industrial gun from 3M, the oven I use is a covnerted steel ISO container box, you could drive a whole taurus into it. I use a mechanical circa 1941 thermostat and heat element for the oven.

Hi,

I mean to be able to offer it as a service eventually. Im not quite sure of myself enough to actualy charge for it yet though. Maybe after some more practice to make sure I can produce good results consistantly, I will. So far so good though, I've done a bunch of stuff for my Wabbit, and these SHO pieces, but right now it's done as I have time, which isn't very often.

If you need more practice, I can send you my valve covers, intake, and brackets... I would gladly pay for the materials. thumb
