Pics of Gen2 spoiler on a Gen1 ??

Anyone have any good pictures of a gen2 spoiler on a gen1? I'm looking for a couple of different colors so I can decide whether or not to put one on before I spray her with a fresh coat.

Its been done and personally I think it looks fugly. Joseph Van Oss did it, you might try and contact him for a picture. There was also a picture of one from the Maryland convention. Someone might have a picture of that as well. I think the main issue is that the Gen 1 trunk is not as wide as the Gen 2 so the spoiler hangs over too much.

You could always use a '91 Sho+ spoiler, you know it will fit.

Yeah, those are most definately NOT easy to find. I found that out when I had to replace mine! headbang

I realize that it's not the Gen1 flush mount style, but you can get a spoiler off of an 80's vintage Firebird, or Fiero GT, or anything else. As long as it's not one of those dumb-ass 4' wings, almost any generic spoiler would look good.

Feiro GT spoiler looks NICE on a gen 1...at least it did on Adam V's. hail

I understand that the Sho+ is a hard one to find, but there are two in my town alone. Of course, they're on the road. They seem to be crawling around all over up here. I guess we got most of them wink
