PhatSHO
New Member
Well guys I think my bus riding days will come to a close finally this afternoon, PhatSHO has been freed and is fixed (actually been fixed for 10 days now, I'll explain later) I'm headed to GoodYear in Mesa to pick it up after work. My time on the bus was not a total loss, I found a 20G IPod, got plenty of magazine and book reading done, found out again why I left Colorado....Its FREAKIN' COLD OUTSIDE!!!, I like it warm!!! The drama that has followed since PhatSHO went down I had a good and patient sales manager on my side who was cautiously persistent. The warranty company had to send out a inspector to look over my car because he could not believe that a 38 y.o. male had a car for 10 years and only had 83k on it....he thought the odometer had been rolled considering I was the original owner. Nate the GoodYear manager assured him that was not the case and then he (the inspector) was questioning his shops work ethic, well needless to say he approved the work on the tranny but he denied the clutch work...I don't know why considering the wear was caused by the tranny in the first place. So now I'm looking to bring it out to Dooleyville and let Tom give it a good looking over and then I to look at a strut upgrade, brakedisc so I can go to a 17" tire size and then a start on some additional engine upgrades nothing to to fancy though....at least not yet. I hope the 22nd is still on and if it is I'm coming with the quickness. Well Ihope I didn't bore everyone with my little drama but I'll be more happy when the Yamaha comes to life in my control.
Talk to you guys later.....I think I'm going to take it out for a good cleaning and then for a welcomed cruise around town...we shall see.
