I was trying to attach some instructions in PDF format and was told it was too large. However the file is only 364 KB which appears to be within the limits for this file type. Should this be a problem?

Well, yes and no. It probably just means I need to prune the upload section of the public storage area. I limit the amount of space on the forum server that users can upload to because it never fails that someone will upload humongous pictures, etc. I'll see about getting to that a little later this afternoon.
