Patch Cable from Cassette to CD?

Anyone have or know where I can get the patch cable that goed from a factory tape player to a factory cd player? I have both of the units from seperate cars, and I want to sell them as a package on ebay cause I have no use for them. I don't however have the cable and don't want to spend a fortune for it. Anyone have some ideas or have one. I didn't think this really fit under a for sale classified. Hmmm perhaps a WTB section might be helpful?
