I would make sure that you really have all the screws out before pulling on the panel. There is a stubborn hard-to-get at screw behind the arm on the panel that you must get to. Once all the screws are out, it's just a matter of pulling the "christmas tree" screws out from the door itself. You might have to really yank to get them all out and some of them may break in the process. No big deal though as you can reuse most of them and shouldn't have a problem if you're missing a few when re-installing.

First of all, what year is your SHO? The door panels are different between the 1st gen and 2nd gens. The 1st gens have 2 screws in the pull handle that are covered by little plugs, the 2nd gens have 1 screw in the door pull pocket. Both gens have 2 screws in the map pocket. After the screws are out you will have to firmly pull the panel away from the door. Chances are you will break some of the old christmas tree fasteners so you should get a few extras.

the interior where the mirror's mount on the doors too...then watch when you pull off the fronts, there is the wire for the light near the latch.
