Well I did a search and found alot on procedures for how to do the upgrade, but I was wondering if someone would be able to list every part I would need to convert my Stock 94' setup to the 96. I plan on hitting AutoZone in the morning so if someone could make me a shopping list to take with me, it would be much appreciated. Oh, and does autozone carry everything needed to do it? And about how much is this gonna lighten my wallet?

You need loaded 95' Lincoln Continental calipers (caliper, pads, brackets), 96' SHO rotors, and assorted bolts, Loctite, etc.

Try a search for "96' brake upgrade parts list". I know there is a link somewhere that lists parts and part#s.

Oh yeah, $200 or so should do the the trick.

You shouldn't need to change your calipers. Just the caliper brackets, rotors, and pads. Shotimes has a list of what years need what parts. I am not sure if autozone carrys the correct caliper bracket. Try a search on it tonnes of info about the 96+ upgrade and where to get the parts.

On, SHOtimes it looks like they are only listing parts to do the front brakes. Their list says 2 rotors, caliper backets, and a pair of pads. What kind of rotors, or parts do I need for just the rear?

You already have the crappy '96 rear brakes. On '93-99, they used a solid rotor. If you want better rears, you'll have to back-date to the 90-92 rear brakes.

The standard "96 upgrade" referrs to the front brakes only.

the you already have the correct knuckles on your 94, the calipers on 94-95 are the same as 96+ youll just need the larter 96+ rotors, you can use the 94 brake pads, but the 96 + have a larger contact area. I'm about to do the upgrade myselfe, have the knuckles and calipers just need the rotors, pads and brackets

It helps to read the whole thread, he's already installed the '96 brakes.
