Yesterday while parked in a driveway that is slightly slanted uphill i parked to run inside leaving my wife in the car. i had it in neutral idling and park brake to the floor. while i was inside i heard a crash. i look out the window and my car had rolled across the street and crashed backwards under a semi box trailer. level with the trunk door it smashed the windows and pillars flat. just from a slow roll. she said she heard a pop and then it started rolling. so i figure the brake disengaged its self. very different than the common stuck engaged brake. mine lets go. so i am out a sho. and a car in general just thought i would say something about leaving women in the car to be warm in a 5 speed sho that may crash itself in a whole 20 feet from where you parked it. i have parked cars there for years with just a park brake when engines were out without a problem. but not a floor brake. :shappens:

Wow that really sucks dude.
You could probably fix that if you REALLY wanted to but you are in for a lot of work.
Those gen 1 rear windows are hard to come by.

That sucks ... it could be fixed enough to put a glass in pretty cheap, might not be perfect, but you'd still have the car.

No rust around the gas tank door and no rust above the wheel well, try to fix it, if it is at all possible. What a shame. The Gen2s are nice, but there is nothing like a Gen1.
And put the center caps back on.

i am looking into what it would take to fix but it looks like more work than i am skilled to do. as far as gen 1 to gen 2 i like the front of the 93 better but the rest of my sho i really like. i dont know what to do with it really. either way im looking at alot of work.
ps. i dont have the center caps they were lost with the previous owner.
was looking to get custom wheels but now plans have changed.
