I replaced the relay (Thanks Paul), after resetting the code was gone. Drove around for a while and no code. Next start, code has returned. WTH!


Will P1413 cause me to fail PA emission inspection?

Well it may not be the relay then. Could be a failing pump or something. Do you have emissions testing there or are you just worried about the light? If it keeps fighting you and you can't get a cheap(er) used part that works, I'd look into a tuner and see if that can **** it and keep the CEL from lighting up.

I ordered the pump... I was hoping to the $$$ toward a mod instead. Oh Well

You're sure it's the pump? Some parts, like this one, can be expensive to throw at a car without being certain that is the actual problem. ****, if you wait you can come rip the one off my car. I'm sending it to the scrapper in about a month.
