P0420 Code

I have a 2013 PP that just pulled a code after changing plugs on it. Car is still running well but I was curious if it could be the O2 sensors since it’s a P0420 code. If it could be the sensors which one should I look at replacing?

Are they the ones that are right by the oil filter and by the rear cradle that you can see through the passenger tire well?
