P0174 Code LTFT @ 30%+

I've been fighting this code for a bit now and need some assistance.

2014 Ford Taurus SHO
-K&N Intake
-PPE Catless Downpipes
-PPE Catback Exhaust
-Boomba BOV Spacer

The codes I've been fighting is P0174, and P2098 (expected of the catless downpipes) No issues with the other bank.

I've replaced intake manifold gaskets, AFR (FOMOCO). I've smoke tested intake and exhaust with no leaks minus the waste gate arm on the turbos (Both are leaking about the same). Bank two LTFT will always read about 7-10% more than bank one.

Most guys who does the VTA mod cap off the intake but do you think bad seals could cause on the boomba BOV spacer could be a culprit since they sell replacement seals?

have you replaced bank2 o2 sensors yet? sometimes the upstream sensor will get fouled by oil after an oil change.

Did an oil change yesterday, with a new sensor. I also put it AMSOIL Injector cleaner for maintenance

I should mention I did have an air fuel ratio imbalance code but that went away after clearing codes before driving about 50 miles

Was able to re-smoke the exhaust and the exhaust manifold gasket is leaking
