Have codes for bank1 and bank 2 oxygen sensor circuit and the car feels like it dont hit boost until 4500 rpm is this a sensor issue or do I need to dig deeper

A lot of guy's could benefit from changing them at 50k if you suffer poor fuel mileage and low boost issues.
