The front sensor is not difficult. However, the rear sensor is a pain in the ass. You will need an O2 sensor socket, a universal joint and atleast 9" of extensions on your socket wrench. To reach the connector, I lay atop the intake manifold and reach down behind the engine. Not fun and certianly more trouble than the 3.0L "piece of cake" sensor access.

How hard is it to replace the oxygen sensors on a 94 auto?
thanks
I was able to do my rear sensor from the bottom of the car using a simple wrench (can't recall if it was 18mm or 22m). You will have to disconnect and connect the old and new sensor using only 1 hand. Took me about 15 minutes.

I did it the way SDPATT described. It wasn't fun but I really didn't see any other way. There was no chance of my arm fitting into those spaces from underneath the car to unplug the sensor or get a wrench on it.

I think the socket is 22mm or 7/8" pretty much the same thing.
