Overhead Console Part2

I had questions earlier about finding an overhead console. i did have luck. caseywan from the forums here and I have been in contact and he said he was going to post this question, so this may be redundant, but I couldn't find his. Is the Gen1 overhead console compatible with the Gen2? He has a Gen1 console available, but i have a Gen2 (1993) SHO. He is going to give me a heck of a deal if it will work so I got my fingers crossed!

Yes, they will both interchange. I have a '91 console in my '95 and it fits/works just fine.
