Did a 60k on my 92MTX. Had an awfull time getting her started back up. Started, but now a terrible miss. Now, she won't start again. She backfires out the breather sometimes and I'm getting fuel in my oil pan. Doesn't this mean she's out of time??

did you line up the marks on the bottom crank sprocket? if not, there you go. Also, did you gap the CPS correctly? If you pull the lower timing belt and upper timint belt covers off again, you'll notice there's a line at around 5 o'clock, There's a small dot on the side of one of the teeth on the bottom cog. line those up, and then line the top sprockets up with their corresponding lines, and try again. Is it making a terrible noise also? if so it's definitely timing.

If you replaced your wires check where their locations on the coil pack, especially if you used Chiltons for reference. They should look like this:

throttle body

5 - 1
6 - 2
4 - 3

radiator

Which 60K service did you perform? The valve gapping or the timing belt replacement? Or both?

The backfire is most likely the plug wires at the coil pack, but how are you getting fuel into the crankcase? There should be no path for this to happen. What are you seeing in the oil that makes you think it is fuel?
