Ordered a new 2015 today

Hello all, I ordered a 15 SHO this morning with every option except Performance package. We are trading my wife's 2011 Limited in. I should receive her in 5 weeks. The exterior is "White Platinum" with Black leather inside. I requested that no one drive the car at the dealership. I will come straight home and do my normal 2 coats of "Paint Sealant" , go straight to AMSOIL on my first oil change along with using the BG fuel and engine MOA.

I had a BMW in the garage, driving it 300 miles a month so I sold it. I have a Demo for work so I will drive the SHO on weekends and keep her pampered.

I am new to the forum and look forward to reading the posts.

Congratulations.....Photos when it arrives. Definitely recommend changing speakers....yes even the SONY system is subject to the same cheap $2.99 quality speakers as the other models.

Sounds like you got what I got in June...2014...saw it on the lot, test drove it, bought it. I see you had to order it...No 2015's on the lot or other nearby dealers in the color you wanted? Just wondering out loud how a typical Ford dealer would stock their inventory...wouldn't they all have 2-3 SHO's available at a minimum?

Nothing available locally. One dealer local had 3, two 14's and one 15 but they were all the owners Demos so all had mileage. The rebate is only $1000 less for the 15 so I figured why not order a new one. I requested it not be driven when received, I prefer it that way, also I can bring straight home from the dealership , only 5 miles and apply apply 2 or 3 coats of paint sealant. Rail Dust can be an issue and white shows it really well, hoping for the best, nothing clay bar won't take care of. Acid raid etching the clear coat can also be an issue especially when they have been on the lots for a while.
Dealer trades can be a problem as well, with all considered I much prefer to wait 5 weeks and get a new, new one. Hoping for the best and before I take delivery I will check it over really well.

Hi I also ordered one in Sept . still not here yet . Dealer says Dec . I think car was made already , window sticker says 10 30 14 I have the vin all I need is the car . Did yours arrive and how long did it take Thanks
