Its showing on Google maps 3 Hours and 55 minutes. So, Figure about 3 Hours or so. I'd love to help on the 60K, But all I have is a Gravel Driveway for the time being, Definitely not Ideal conditions to be attempting a 60K. I know its a little far, But if you still would like to Show up, Please do!

That's based on 2.5 hrs drive time and .5-1.0 hr for getting lost! JK

I want to make the trip, just unsure of the sho's ability to make it there. Havent had a chance to get much done mechanically on the car, and dont feel comfortable doing some stuff without a SHO guru helping me sort things out, in short of taking in the shop at work which I cant even get in.

If you bring the car up, We can surely look at it and tell you what needs to get done. There will be plenty of knowledgeable SHO people there. Either way, Its up to you!

I definitely wouldn't attempt a 60k in our driveway. We've got a few tools/parts (just nuts and bolts) that never made it back off the ground. (No Sam I haven't lost anything new, just that 10 mm that we lost a long time ago).

But we'd love to see you here and for sure your car will get looked at!

well jamie sounds like we might have to caravan down (me you and chris) and who ever else from the richmond area that wants to join who is going... cuz im going to try like crazy to make it.

oh and jamie im glad ur finally getting that fixed, cuz if you didnt we would have problems cuz i would be putting you in the back of the pack with that smoke maker of urs lol.

mine should be undergoing a front 60k along front pads and rotors here every soon as soon as i get my tax money back which isnt much so we shall see.. but i def. hope and plan to be there, along with sholover1 (chris with his 92)

Well Matt ill tell you if you cant afford it. You can take pictures of your car go to Kinkos, and make a life size poster of each side even the top. Then well get a couple big boxes and break them down then put them in my car then you'll ride with me and we'll get there early set up the boxes and well have a life size picture of the car lol.

But anyways just out of curiosity how much is the gas prices running down there cause hopfully it wont be up to $5's a gallon by the end of June.

we did have all 3 shos running at one time, about a month or so the timing belt tensioner stud broke off in the block, we don't exactly know how it happen but im hoping to try and get it fixed. we have tried several drill's to get it out but only the one right angled drill chris's dad has worked but its battery powered and it's not strong enough to pull the stud out. chris just wants to part it out, cuz i mean when it runs it does run really good, and we put all this money to actuality getting it running i don't want to do that, but it will stall out on you if you push in the clutch like the aic isn't working it just dont catch it stuff and idle like it should, plus its pretty hard to start all the time it takes a while for it to catch and get running which i think is another problem that the aic is causing

sry thats so long, but it took alot of explaining.

Gas right now is running between 2.82 for regular unleaded to 3.02 for premium. It had dropped down a bit until this weekend but I'm not sure how it'll be the weekend of the meet.

Keep in mind it will be between Father's Day and Fourth of July which are both travel weekends. I'm not sure if that means it'll go up or down. Hopefully down.
