I got a strange one here. I ordered camshaft seals a long time ago, they were generic and I was about to throw them out recently. One was an NOK oem dimension seal. The only difference was it is a steel od with only half of it encapsulated in rubber.
The part number is BD2737E and the OEM seal number is BH2737E. In case anyone tries to find these through Kaman industrial or applied industrial let us know what happens. I don't need any and will probably never need another set again, but I figured i'd post this info. I have no experience using the seal shown in the pictures.
Kaman can still get the idler bearings but you have to find someone who treats the small customers like their big accounts. I don't see why they can't still get these oil seals.
The 1213n national or timkens work, but they don't last as long and the oem seals go in like butter compared to beating the others in and risking gouging the aluminum. I also noticed the 1213n's which I used are polyacrylate vs the 710404 which is nitrile.
