eBay! Search under 'taurus carpet'. They're listed all the time for all gens. Around $100

The ones on ebay for $100 are not OEM. They are decent quality (I have one), the color is close, and they fit fairly well. The compamy that sell those carpets also sells the carpet by the yard if you want to recarpet you door panels and console (I would so it will all match).
