O2 sensor question

I have a 95' atx and I am needing new o2 sensors. My buddy has a 91 mtx with the 3.2 swap. He is willing to sell me his o2 sensors for a good price. Will his o2 sensors fir and work on my car? I tried a search and wasn't to helpful.

atx cars have 4-wire o2 sensors and mtx cars have 3-wire o2 sensors. you need 4-wire sensors for your atx.
