Not so obsolete knock sensor?

I'm almost positive this is the correct knock sensor for our engine that's long since obsolete. Can someone confirm that it is.

It is the same connector, I just looked at the pic I took.

sorry to write on this post but disint know how to start one my car just got the engine code for a knock sensor it's a 92 with 127 on the clock what are the symptoms of a bad knock sensor

The only symptom the car is doing, is a knock/pinging noise at idle and going over 55 the check engine light flashes.
