My above statement is inaccurate per 'shorangerbird'.
With his time as a Ford Parts Manager I would like to believe his info to be correct.
However, after reconfirming with my source I still (for a second time) stand correct.
But please check with you local Ford dealer to confirm for yourself.

Actually I stand correct.
These are new units.
Ford only offers rebuilt units.
I verified this thru my friend who is a part/service manager for over 20 years.
I wouldn't miss lead anyone.
