Title explains it. Nothing rare or exotic...just cars out there that you thought to yourself, I think that car has potential...I'd like to get my hands on one and see...

For me, it's the Dodge Magnum. Front engine, RWD. 5.7 liter V8. Manual gear box. And plenty of room to haul kids/Crap. The ultimate "hot hatch/station wagon".

Do the exhaust, super charger kit, tune. Nice set of wheels, fatter tires, especially the rears...lower it, and a decent looking hood, maybe a ground effects body kit...

I feel like that car could be nasty, sexy, and a lot of fun.

500 hp for sure with the blower and exhaust. Improved handling, but still a wild child when you apply a heavy right foot...

Ok so the Lincoln MKT is obviously a station wagon, and a fairly ugly one at that.

However, if you reverse restomodded it you could make it cool. Make it look like a murdered out ‘50’s lead sled. Dropped, shave the tail lights and replace with period appropriate. Matte black, wide whites, baby moons, and some tasteful hot rod pinstripes.

60-65 Ford Falcon with a 2.3 Ecoboost crate motor. Upgrade the turbos, tune and other go fast parts available should put out over 400hp with just 2300 lb car to motivate. With suspension parts available that work on early Mustangs this would be a killer track day car. I'm sure it would put a hurtin on my 2011 GT. Been think about this for a while now, may pull it off next year.

Been there and done that. Lots of fun in those cars. Unfortunately only available in an automatic. But I am sure a conversion from the Challenger could happen. I had this one for a few years. Full suede headliner, leather and suede seats, tuned, exhaust, intake and big audio... as in 6- 12" JL subs on big power.

Why not the SRT8 Magnum? Everything you said and newer charger front-end.

Myself, probably a newer Mazda Miata. Cliche and common, but after 100' of driving one, I understood the love. Figure a good turbo, lowered, wheels/tires, big brakes it's be a hoot. That's if we are talking within reason...
