I don't quite know when these things started happening, but I also just noticed that my high beams are not working. Regular works fine. But when I put it in high beam the lights just turn off. Any words of wisdom here? Thanks.

I would take the MFS out and give it a good cleaning with WD 40.

I think that MFS is Multi function switch. It is a handle that you push to turn on your lights. Those tend to go bad

yeah.... my dad had the same problem with his lumina.... that was it.... and it also was screwing with his brake lights... because it is integrated with the turn signals.... so have someone check your tail lights while you tinker with the MFS.

GOOD LUCK!

Emmanuel,

Check to see if the "Flash-to-Pass" functions.

If it does, the problem is definitely internal to the MFS.

If it doesn't, the most likely problem is a connection at the MFS or also can still be the MFS.

I'd pull the shroud off the steering column first and inspect for an overheated or otherwise damaged connector at the MFS.
