Well my first tranny went at 66,000miles. It was slop shiftin, over revin, slipping, and sometimes lost passing gear. Replaced and now got a new tranny. 82,000miles now. At first when i had the tranny, i noticed it would do a mettalic shift at times if you took it up past 3,700rpm. Seemed to go away. Then now it comes back. Sometimes if i go to 3500rpm in first it shifts in to second and i get on the gas then get off right away the 2nd gear seems to hang and wait and then boom into third! eek! At 60mph if you have to full throttle it on the highway it seems to rev bout 400rpm too high the tranny then proceeds to bang and brings it down 400rpms and then grabs and goes. Now it doesnt do this at any other speed. You can full throttle it at 55mph and it shifts fast into gear. I also get weird shifts sometimes. Sometimes it shifts into gear smooth firm and fast. Other times it will kinda shake when it shifts. If you full thottle it 1-2 some times you get a firm fast shift while other times warrent the dash shaking eek! . I am very peturbed and thankfully I have a 2 year 24k warrenty on this tranny. Its goin in the shop moday and im wondering what your expert advice is?
