relax folks!

Car's being dropped off Sunday night at Kirks for the cam service.

I should have the injectors ive been waiting on for my S4 tonight. So that car should be up and road worthy tonight so the SHO can sit tight until it gets cam love.

It's on the road - it will be getting some 40 series thrown on it to as the left muffler is pretty much rotted thru and make horrible noise under acceleration.

Im hoping come Tuesday this car is running stronger than it has in a while. I'll wet vacuum the interior and give it a good scrubbing all around to make it as good looking as possible. Remember were talking about a car I got for peanuts.

I do like the V8 roar though. To bad it's really all bark no bite!

Got any pictures? Are the exhaust tips stock?

I'm always curious to see if my old white '97 will ever find it's way back to SHOforum.

You bought new fuel injectors for it? That's a pretty penny.

My S4 - I am going back to my 410 HP tune :) ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lj7oSmhA08E - this is it on the 500+ tune blowing the intercoolers to **** haha ) - This is my fast car. The SHO is the mile eater I hope.

It's running 60lb/hr siemens injectors now - Horse is well over 500 horse torque is up over 560. This tune however isn't in my opinion the best for daily driving. I was able to run neck and neck and hold off a new C6 Z06 Vette until 135. He got me by a little over a car until 155 when I lifted. Pretty awesome.

when i swapped out the stocker injectors one was really stuck so i used to a set of plier to help get a good grip on it. This ruined it ( booo ) so I needed to replace it. Sadly i could only get a used "set" for $100.00

I'll get some pictures up. Nothing special!

Tips are NOT stock. Has some kind of exhaust on it.

interior is grey cloth.

You have the VIN?

I could have your car!

Sadly, I don't have the VIN anymore. I traded the car back in 2003. Grab a pic of the tips if you can... I put on tips that looked almost megaphonish with Flowmaster 40s.

Sounds like you got a nice deal for $1800, though. :)

I picked it up for $1300.00

Figured I'd have to put about that much into the car..

Cams welded and service $800
Tranny Flush $80
oil Change $40
New mufflers $250
Air filter $9
registration $235
new plugs $40
wheel bearing $250

Total $3004.00 - All said and done not to to bad.

(and this HD 40A relay)

Little bit of elbow grease and I hope to have a car that last me 2 years. Anything more than that is gravy. Ahh SHO's.

I grabbed some pictures last night - I'll get em up tonight. :salute:
