Hey everybody, my names Ken, and I just became a member two days ago. I currently own an 89 Titanium on 50/50 mocha interior (I bought it off RJ last year, some of you should be familiar with this car). Ive done a good amount of cosmetic work (the purple accents had to go). Ive got powdercoated slicers in black, a black interceptor grille and plus spoiler, repainted the mirrors and door handles gloss black, red calipers, coated but uninstalled red valve covers and intake runners with black tanks, tinted tails and 3rd brake light, and painted a bunch of underhood brackets and interior pieces. Performance mods are 96 front brake upgrade, 80mm maf with cone filter, intrax springs, earls stainless brake lines, supertrapp mufflers, subframe connectors, and solid subframe bushings. I still need to install my x2j, bbb's, rod shifter, and plus hood. Besides that there are a lot more mods to come, cash permitting.
Ive been interested in SHOs since i was probably 8 years old and have been around them since 1998, when my father bought a 95 atx. I got to drive it a little when I turned 16, until the trans crapped out (typical), but I got completely hooked then. It took me until I was 21 to get one for myself though (glad the wait is over). Besides my 89, and my father's 95 sitting in the backyard doing nothing, I also bought my friends 95 atx for parts (only 300bucks and it was just 60K'd at NESHO before he crashed it!) so a 3.2 swap might be looming in the future, unless my dad gets to it first and restores his.
