I got mine on Ebay, there are quite a few of them, just search under "wheelskin". You can also order it from their website, or the many sites you'll find from a Google search. Or get it from Don Mallonson (SHO Club pres.) at www.dccarcare.com

Is that some sort of rear view mirror mod on the green car mentioned above?

Just a larger mirror, I've always found those to provide a much larger view. I have a electric mirron now instead though (compass, temp, UV gauge, auto-dim, ice alert, etc).

My 97 SHO was suffering from steering wheel leather wear at the top. I talked with Don Mallinson (DC Car Care) about Wheelskins replacement cover. I wanted it to exactly match the stock wheel color. He was nice enougn to send me leather samples to get an exact match & give me advice on how to sew it on. Needless to say, I now have a perfect color match & it is impossible to tell it from a stock steering wheel. The only difference is that it has a much better texture the the stock leather. Go with Don; highly recommended!

I agree with curt on supporting Don at dcarcare. He puts alot of effort in organizing the annual conventions along with other supports to the community. His prices are also lower than any other retailer. I've bought 2 sets for 2 different SHO's.

Kris, if the wheel color is starting to grow on you I would 'consider' going with a matching shifter boot. You can get solid or 2 tone from wheelskins in any of their colors. Just something to think about.

Ya, I found out Don sells these things after I got any of mine, will get one from him if I ever need one again.

The wheel colour most definetly grew on me, looks pretty god to my eyes now. Dunno about their shift boot as mine is perfectly fine, but might eventually get a different shift **** that matches the blue.
That's about it though, I'm not going to paint anything else blue to try to match it.

Yeah my 95 moonlight mocha steering wheel was trashed so i just cut the stock wrap off and then painted the air bag cover and column black, i have gotten use to the smaller diameter and like it better and I LOVE it black looks much better than mocha, but now i might wrap it in black with one of these covers ill post pic when i get home later this week to show you what it looks like now

Installation was easy, but the twine will **** your hands even with work gloves on as you have to pull hard at each hole.

As nice as they are, I never look forward to putting another on any vehicle.
