New SHO Owner

Hey guys,

I just purchased my first SHO yesterday with 6K miles on it. It is a '13 Sterling Grey Metallic with the Performance Package.

I just wanted to see if there was anything that I should do immediately with it when it comes to changing fluids, other maintenance or modifications. Also, I am looking to get a Ford ESP plan. Do you have any recommendations as to which source to purchase it from and which plan seems to be the best from prior experiences.

Whoa, lo mileage SHO!!! Welcome to the community, Kevin. Maybe you want to run an ethanol drier in the tank if the gas is not fresh. Also oil & filter change. Too early for other fluids I think, just check to make sure they look good. Cars don't like sitting around very much.

Best sources for Ford ESP (or Ford Protect) is online: Flood Ford, Lombards, Anderson Koch etc. Sometimes you can get the dealer to drop their price and roll it into the financing, pre-purchase of course.
