Greetings all,
As of last Friday I'm the proud new owner of a grey metallic 2013 SHO. I've always been interested in the SHO and when my focus st was totaled I saw an opportunity to get one. This one was a CPO and has only 23k on the clock and so far I'm loving it. Just wondering if there are any weak spots or known problems with these cars. Also the dealer tried selling me an extended warranty and I said no at the time but was wondering what everyones thoughts are on the long term dependability of the electronics in the Taurus. Anyway that's enough introductions, on to the pictures. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1430778035592210

Tough way to get into a SHO, but glad you made it! Welcome to the forum, and great ride of choice :thumb:

Welcome to the forum! I highly recommend getting the full extended warranty as it has saved me thousands. Im sure the 2013 is much more refined then my 2010 but the feature list is incredible with this car so really its also a list of stuff that can break lol. Ive had my rear sunshade stop working. My rear park aid has completely failed a few times and had to have been fully replaced. that alone would have cost the price of the warranty i got but luckily it was only 100 bucks and a 7 dollar a day rental. I plan on getting a 2013-15 sho in the next few years or a 2016-17 3.5tt/5.0 f-150.
