New Owner

Good morning. My name is Adam, and I live in Lake Orion, MI.

I grew up in Dearborn, pretty much hating Ford up until the Federal Buyout debaucle of 2 summers ago. From that time I swore I'd never buy a post-obama GM or Chrysler car.

So I did something this weekend I've never done before - I bought a Ford. A Green 1993 Taurus SHO, "$500 firm" on Craigslist.

It has some issues with 1st gear and reverse, but besides that, its a great car. I'm actually surprised as **** - probably the best running/driving car I've owned. And in a foot of snow it's a friggin tank - I'm passing 4wd trucks like they forgot where the "4wd" button was.

So I'm a noob, but I'm quickly becoming convinced. I've bitten the apple, and I like it.
