Hi! Wanted to submit the customary intro to your community, I'm hoping to gain much useful insight into the 4th Gen from you all. I recently acquired a 13 TT Police Interceptor from Boyer Ford way up in Minneapolis. I am enjoying the car and really amazed at my good fortune to have gotten this machine for a veritable song. The car had only 700 miles on it when shipped to Texas and I remain curious to the story behind its service prior to. Thanks in advance for sharing your knowledge as I navigate options to enhance and maintain my no frills SHO! Please don't ridicule my pics, I know I should have taken the time for better framing and quality.

The color is called Royal Blue according to the sticker, and for sure the Michigan State Police use it. The car was fully outfitted at some point, which sadly appears to have caused the roof to be repainted. Where I live I have yet to see one of these with the ecoboost motor, I'm sure that the added expense above the normally aspirated engine makes it less appealing. I'm hoping that the absence of all the frills such as dual power seats, folding rear, and leather saves some weight to offset all the chassis bracing to meet a 75 mph rear crash rating. It appears to have had the Ford wrap package depicted in all their publications, and along with 2 turbos was optioned with sync, rear view, blis, alarm, and DUAL LED spotlights! I work in the field so I was happy it arrived with 8 Whelen LED lights, and a speaker in the grill for free. I think possibly it was a demo model of some sort but whatever the short history, I'm glad to have it now.

Looks great, I've always loved that color blue for some reason. Looks mean, and easy on the eyes at the same time. Haha

Just picked one up myself a few weeks ago from the DFW area.

I figure there must be more Eco boost interceptors out there in every city, the challenge is being able to identify them. From what I've seen, all the normally aspirated ones have Flex Fuel AWD badges on the trunk, mine just has a small AWD badge there. Would be cool if the turbo cars had a different hood or something, since the intercooler is sandwiched between the condenser and the radiator and can't be seen.

For Wuzzer, not much to look at here, no puddle lights nor signal lights on the mirrors, these flash blue. No console, no heated / cooled seats, 4 way power seat driver only, no memory, rubber flooring, bare metal tail pipes, no engine cover, and no fold down rear seat. But I do have a full size spare, and with all the bracing it's got to be extra rigid. And who wouldn't take all the SHO mechanicals with 700 miles on the ODO for the cost of a Fiesta.

I just wanted to say hello, and nice car! I picked up my Interceptor ecoboost a few months ago and all I could find was black. Mine was leased by a city near me and turned in with 38,000 miles.
