New to the forum, restoring a 67 ford osi, anybody that doesnt know what that can google it, There was only 2000 cars made, 200 or so left and 5 or 6 in the usa, I am going to repower it with a first gen sho, 5 speed, converted to rear drive, so this forum will be of much help, looking for a motor now, any help?

Nope, never heard of it.
Looks like a Jensen in the front.
I'm converting a 1988 Mazda RX7 convertible.
And sometime, a 1997 Ford Ranger.

those cars have an interesting backstory, and if you can smoothly put the SHO motor into one, it will be an absolute blast to drive too.

Look for availability of gaskets 3.0 vs 3.2 and if the headgaskets are available for both I would choose the 3.2L the came with the Automatic 93-95 cars. Same block we swap them into manual cars all the time and you get the extra .2L for almost the same work.

ebay and reach out to used parts guys like Dan Barbush or go to the facebook page for sho owners and put a request out there-- as well as salvage yard search engines on the internet that can search many yards around the country for what you are looking for
