I'm getting my clutch replaced. I bought a clutch kit at AutoZone. It came with a PP, disc, and release bearings. Is there anything else that i need for this clutch replacement? Is there anything I should know about replacing the clutch for the SHO?

If you don't have the SHO-specific instructions, better get them. Otherwise, you're screwed.

Have the flywheel re-surfaced.

Rear crank seal, rear crank seal carrier gasket, front oil pan seal, rear oil pan seal, subfame bushings if needed, lower control arm/knuckle pinch bolts, upper TOB shaft bushing, lower TOB release shaft bushing, TOB release shaft felt washer...I think that's about it...

Check here for those parts

don't use the throwout bearing from that kit. If I remember, it does not come with the sleeve to fit over the Quill. There's a reason Ford revised their design. Honestly, I'd return that entire kit and get the right one from Josh @ shonutperformance.com His most expensive package comes with everything you'll need for a clutch job, including ALL wear items. I think that one's 300 at the most.
