New Clutch and TOB which one

Alright,
I need a new clutch and tob very fast..its making alot of noise when the pedal is pushed in and vibrates alot....

1. i hope to get rid of the car within 6 months..

2. i have oil leaks so i need to fix those

3. Sho Shop clutch kit or Sho nut

4. why is Sho Shop more than sho nuts

5. what is recommended to be replace while doing this procedure.... im gonna do the rear main seal.. axle seals.. oil pan seals... how about the throw out bearing actuation fork- is that needed... or no.. let me know what else is good to replace.. thx

probably best to get the wear parts clutch kit from ShoNut, stock clutch.
