Well, the time has come to replace my wife's DD and I am getting ready to fight the Black Friday mayhem to try and strike a good deal on a new, 2016 SHO that has been sitting on the dealers' lot for some time.
Wife's current car is a 2005 Subaru Legacy 2.5 GT Limited wagon and it has been her DD since new. As we started looking for a replacement, I realized that any old car just couldn't replace the Subie. Had it narrowed down to a KIA Optima SXL Turbo or a Hyundai Sonata 2.0T Limited UNTIL I saw the Shadow Black SHO sitting all by herself on the Ford Dealers' lot. I am now officially OBSESSED!
Since I drive a mundane Chevy Malibu (Company car) and pretty much use my beloved 2007 Dodge Ram CTD as my go-to when I am not at work, I NEED something a little exhilarating in the stable to make the routine family trips just a little more fun!
We will miss the Subaru, but I am sure the SHO will not disappoint and be a worthy replacement. I hope my next post will be to let you all know that I have officially joined the SHO OWNERS club!
