New Blend door actuator & Blower

My heater core took a dump and my blend door actuator was hooped so I have the dash off and am replacing the heater core. My local ford dealer has a new blend door actuator for $200.

Does anybody have any "fail out of the box" stories for the BDA or can I be confident that it will last another 10 years?

I'd like to do the blower motor but they cant find one anywhere.

I have 2 options for this
#1 Replace it with a blower that is from a 93 with 50K less miles
#2 Replace with a rockauto unit.

Same question here. Any fail out of the box rock auto blower stories?

So far we have had no reported issues with them.
