In the past, I would get a "bank lean" code, after some full throttle driving, which I suspect is the O2 sensor, however, I just changed my battery, and I am getting a new code, with normal easy driving. 332, which is the EGR valve.

Looking through this forum, I found some times this can be plugged EGR tubes. I also found a thread about the car needing to "relearn" after a battery swap.

I don't recall needing to have the car relearn anything before, and I never got this code before. Very odd.

Where should I be looking ? Teaching or suddenly plugged tubes ?

Well... I found the answer. I've been working on the speedometer cable and when I was either putting in it or out, I knocked the hose off the EGR valve. No problems at all, when it's hooked back up ! Imagine that.

Yeah. I like the easy fixes. I just wish I had found that BEFORE posting about the problem. ( Cue the Homer Simpson sound )

If it was only an easy fix for my wet carpet mystery leak !
