Had to swap out my drivers side axle this week and I wanted to replace the ball joint pinch bolt. A few people told me to reuse it but mine had been removed several times over the past couple of years and it really didn't look too good.

After doing some running around and some online searches I managed to track down some replacements.

The bolt - Dorman part #875-650 Its a grade 8.8 bolt size M12x1.75 50mm long. Its a little shorter than the original bolt but its plenty long enough.

The nut - Dorman part #005810 Its a grade 10.9 torque lock nut size M12x1.75.

I found both of these at Oreillys and spent right at $5 for a set of 2. The bolts are behind the counter and sold individually but the nuts are sold 2 to a pack.

I can confirm the above sizes. I couldn't find both Dorman part numbers and a different one for the nuts had to be purchased in large quantity IIRC. I was able to locate singles if both through Fastenal. The bolt is part number 38710 and nut is 11508236. Also, since I was doing inner tie rods, I needed new cotter pins for the outer castle nuts. 1/8"x1" seemed like the right size and I just picked them up at the local big box hardware store.
