I'll only say that this was one of the 3 auto shops on the east-west section of N. Wickham Rd. (Gatto's, Tuffy's, and Tires Plus). I can now say I've had problem with all three places. I think it's probably a universal truth that unless you let them know early that you are not an idiot, they will treat you like one right from the start.
