I replaced the clutch last month on my 95 MTX SHO, and shortly after I experienced clutch pedal vibrations as well as a wierd sound. The sound was similar to a bearing that is failing, kind of a growling noise. I took the car apart tonight and found that all of the PP bolts are torqued to the proper spec, which is 24 ftlbs i believe. The clutch looks fine, as does the throw out bearing. The throw out bearing still has the little nylon pin in it. The noise I am trying to remedy only occurs when the clutch pedal is up ( whether i am in gear or neutral it always makes the noise), when i press the clutch pedal in the noise clearly stops. I spun the input shaft into the tranny and it has no play, so that main bearing is not gone. Should I take the tranny apart? could my flywheel be warped or something? Also there was no locktite on the PP bolts or flywheel bolts. I am not sure what steps i should take at this point.

My flywheel bolts are torqued to 55 ftlbs, and the pp bolts were 20 ft lbs. There seems to be an uneven wear on the pp springs... any ideas?
