Hey guys,
My engine compartment light doesn't work. I tried replacing the bulb but to no avail. I didn't have time to check the fuses, but I figured that if it was a fuse, wouldn't a lot of other electrical equip. not work? If someone would help me out on this one, I'd be much ablidged.

Thanks,
Paul

the piece that the light plugs into is a device that sense the orientation fo the hood. if the hood is up, it completes the circuit, and the bulb is lit. When the hood is close, vise versa.

The problem with this is they tend to corrode, and the connection gets all screwy...

You need to replace the piece that the light plugs into....
