Oh, how fast can it get madeThe order never went through. I have the models and machining drawings ready to go if someone wants a set.
I can have it made in 1-2 weeks max depending on the shops availability, actual machining only taking a day or 2Oh, how fast can it get made
Something came up. Was hoping 48 hours maxI can have it made in 1-2 weeks max depending on the shops availability, actual machining only taking a day or 2
I could try and have it expedited, but that time crunch/constraint normally comes with a higher cost to get that production job ahead of others already scheduled. Do you want me to see how much extra they would charge and if they can do it in 48hrs?Something came up. Was hoping 48 hours max
Doesn’t hurt to askI could try and have it expedited, but that time crunch/constraint normally comes with a higher cost to get that production job ahead of others already scheduled. Do you want me to see how much extra they would charge and if they can do it in 48hrs?
Well,... I do have my complete Wilwood aero6 gt500 15" rotor brake setup all packaged up and ready to go if you want it instead of the superlight4. I could have it to you in 48hrs.Doesn’t hurt to ask
You're right, but even so, clamping at a distance farther away from the center will still provide better stopping power than an equal clamping area closer in.Maybe its the angle of the pictures here, but it looks like theres a decent amount of unused braking surface on that rotor.
I am not at all trying to be rude here, just observing.
Still looks good, and promising though.
Thank you Andrew! That means a lot to me as it’s coming from a senior member of the community.Looks awesome Aaron! Outstanding! This is a success!!
2010-2019 Ford Taurus SHO Front Big Brake KitThanks man! I can look into the rears but it doesn’t seem financially worthwhile. Was planning on just getting new oem rear calipers powdercoated red to match the frontsLooks great Aaron! I can't wait to do this upgrade to my SHO, just have to save up some money. Any progress on a rear kit without losing the parking brake?
