Yes I know that there are any thread on here about mufflers, but I wanted to guys your guy's opinion for my specific needs. Alright, I just recently did my full 60k so all the maintenance on the car is up to date and it runs great. Now I want to start focusing on some things I actually want to add to the car. I have always wanted a loud exhaust. I'm not trying to compete with those civics and integra's for loudness on the roads, but I do want some. Do you guys have any recommendations? I was looking to just change out the mufflers since that doesn't seem that expensive. Again, I want loud exhaust, rasp to a point doesn't bother me, neither does drone. Thanks in advance!

Its all in the resonator, get the biggest you can fit, and then run about any aftermarket mufflers (Borlas are the best :) ) and go to town.

^^^ iwonder has a current and pretty good thread on how to do it with conventional mufflers.
I have Flowmaster 40s and can testify that they tuck up in to the point where you don't see them from behind, and they sound very healthy and not too loud at all. They are pricey, but last forever. Mine are 10 years old and have not changed since I installed them.
