Muffler Suggestions?

I'm currently running a 3'' custom bent exhaust with just a 12'' cherry bomb on it, I'm looking for something that is the same performance wise but a tad bit quieter.

Preferable I'd like it to be reasonable under 4K and to be really loud after that, anyone have any suggestions?

I wouldn't care running that if it was hidden, but the exhaust passes infront of the drivers side wheel, no way that would fit without getting torn off.

magnaflow thats what im gonna get long resonator and 2x magnaflow muffs just gonna get the parts and have a muffler shop weld it wit 2.5 or 3 inch piping

try some summit turbo mufflers, there around 30 a piece. or 05 and up gt mufflers i've heard sound great. but i did hear i vid by idshou with a sho source cat back with magnaflows, sounded amazing. time for a search?

i really like the one that one form member build with the custom equal length y pipe without cats and magnaflow resonator and muffler combo i thought that was the best sounding SHO ive heard yet oo wait besides that bad A$$ sho with the supercharger thats racing the evo on youtube o dam

1. 3in stainless piping.
2. Have it exit the rear this time.
3. Magnaflow Muffler with a nice polished tip.

This car has a Shoshop y-pipe, 3" mandrel bent exhaust and a magnaflow, but needs a resonator badly. It gets real loud at 4000 RPMs... but also gets raspy.

A single 3" is always going to be loud at high revs.

Ive got 3 muffs inline on mine, and it is still loud at high revs.

Otherwise, it is no louder than any other custom exhaust. Certainly has a rumble at idle though.

Im running 3 inch mendrel bends too , 2.5 at both Y. So far Borla is the *******. These are off a 2007 Mustang (shelby or GT500)

I also have a 18 inch ebay resonator that looks like a glasspack. Its loud but in the limit. Freeflow and quietness dont go well together. Ive also tried magnaflows but its even louder.

Alex's muffler wouldn't be bad if it was painted and has some nice tips on it IMO. The thrush's are cheap at 25 or so each but quieter then i like. Magnaflows, or some 05+ gt mufflers.

well what i did was got some 2.5 inch thrush welded mufflers and some nice 2.5 to 3 inch tips. looks awesome but is just to dam loud and has this annoying resonance to it. I think one of the big reasons to why is because the is none of the fiberglass packing in it to absorb some of the high toned sounds and tingy sound. so what im getting done this week is 2.5 all the way back( i know it wont help perf. i just want a nice sound) and was thinking about a 18inch glass pack or i did some research on "bafflepacks" from http://www.flopro.com/BafflePacks.htm . i hear they really make a nice quiet tone. what do you guys think?

what i am doing is using a 24 inch glass pack in the tunnel with no other mufflers and borla tips
