ok i checked my motor mounts today and ones bad when i put the car in reverse the go towards the firewall and it will rise a bit i think this is why my car buck in reverse when iam leting off but i cant tell if i need a front or rear mount can someone help me.

If the motor lifts while in reverse its the rear, and if it does it when in fwd its the front. You can also get under the car and pull on the Y-pipe and watch the mounts move to confirm it.

yea because my clutch cable broke and i replaced it and tried to adjust it but it was already adjusted and when i put the car in reverse it will rise and come towards me so i guess that would put slack in the cable.
