I guess I have to replace all three motor mounts now. I have read posts about the front and the rear not being too bad to do. My question is, how hard is it to do the tranny mount? Unfortunately I need this sucker as well. Seems they rarely go on other people's SHO's but on mine it has.

don't feel bad, both my parts car, and my car need them also. It's a fairly straightforward installation, but you'll want the tranny supported, otherwise it'll drop down when either of the 2 lower or 2 upp bolts are removed. Don't forget there is also a damper on the backside of the mount that you'll have to remove.
